They are all flours produced by milling wholegrain varieties of high quality wheat, spelt and rye, without separating the slightest fraction of the grain.
These are not reconstituted flours; they are made with a single milling process without the separation of any of their parts. This new milling process results in a wholegrain flour that is homogeneous, with excellent bread-making results. The breads obtained have plenty of volume and are well scored. They have an excellent flavour and are very pleasant to eat. |
