This flour is the result of a mixture of wheat from different, specific varieties. It is an ideal mixture for the elaboration of “mantecados” and “polvorones” (Spanish traditional Christmas sweets).

It includes a wide range of products with different qualities and different drying degrees from 12% moisture to 8%.  They are produced for an infinite number of industrial applications: for snack products, for thickeners, for excipients to improve the preservation of other products and for the manufacture of products which require a high quality and long preservation flour, the preservation of all their plastic qualities, higher hydration and excellent preservative properties.

V-15/8e
Specially produced for the use in flour producing factories as sprinkle flour. With its texture and low moisture this flour has an enormous fluidity, measuring and a good preservation that avoids problems with moulds and insects.
