Authentic 100% wholegrain flours


 
They are all flours produced by milling wholegrain varieties of high quality wheat, spelt and rye, without separating the slightest fraction of the grain. These are not reconstituted flours; they are made with a single milling process without the separation of any of their parts. This new milling process results in a wholegrain flour that is homogeneous, with excellent bread-making results.  The breads obtained have plenty of volume and are well scored. They have an excellent flavour and are very pleasant to eat.

They are the result of combining our wholegrain flours with white flours, in the exact proportion that our client asks us for.
