The following people can use this Internal Information System: :

• Employees and shareholders.
• Self-employed persons.
• Anyone who works for or under the supervision or direction of contractors, subcontractors, suppliers or providers.
• Anyone who reports information on infractions obtained within the context of an employment or statutory relationship that has already terminated.
• Volunteers, interns and workers in training periods.
• Anyone whose employment relationship has not yet begun, in cases where the information on infractions has been obtained during the selection process.

If anyone wishes to make a business-related complaint, the Internal Information System is not the official channel to do so. For this purpose, the company has a Customer Service Department, to which any complaints or requests for information should be addressed.
