We have recently approved our “Plan of strategic and operative actions for Equal Opportunities between men and women”.
It is an initiative of HARINERA VILAFRANQUINA, which seeks not only to observe the “Organic Law 3/2007, for an effective equality between men and women”, but to also integrate this personal, social and working need into our permanent improvement process, which in turn should allow our Organization to maintain a constant attention and focus to work and improve the scopes of Equal Opportunities throughout time in a sustainable way.
The actions integrated in the Plan have been established on the base of the results obtained from a previous diagnosis report. Therefore, the Plan includes the establishment of guidelines, which shall provide a response to the identified needs. The diagnosis stage, leaded by our Human Resources Department, counts with the participation of all levels in our Organization and a very wide representation of the working teams, revealing a fairly good implication from their part. Consequently, the Plan also has a limited scope defined for the whole Organization.
We are facing a business policy and strategy whose main purpose is to attain a real equality between men and women in the working areas and to favour equality within the incorporation, continuance and development of the professional career for all people.
